How you can send help to Ukraine

By Sean Delaney

The end of March sees the approximate four-week anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine by Vladimir Putin’s Russia. Ever since the conflict began, the world has been watching, with many feeling a need to reach out to the people of Ukraine, whether through verbal, electronic or spiritual support, or through the actual donation of their time, finances and resources in order to see peace instead of war.

Canada is home to one of the largest Ukrainian populations in the world outside of Ukraine, with approximately 1.4 million Ukrainians living within the borders of the Great White North. If you are among those looking for ways to donate to the Ukrainian people, here are 10 organizations with specific portals for this conflict.

We encourage you to follow the electronic links and find out more about each organization and their relief efforts for Ukraine.
