This summer, Toronto’s favourite culinary event, Summerlicious, returns from July 5 to 21.
This annual food festival, produced by the City of Toronto, offers food lovers a chance to indulge in three-course prix fixe menus at more than 200 of the city’s best restaurants. Whether you’re looking to revisit old favourites or discover new gems, Summerlicious has it.
Participating restaurants will provide lunch menus priced between $20 and $55, and dinner menus ranging from $25 to $75, allowing diners to experience high-quality cuisine at various price points.
Reservations open on June 20, and it’s recommended to book early as spots fill up quickly.
Summerlicious not only showcases Toronto’s diverse culinary scene but also supports the local restaurant industry. Since its inception in 2003, the Licious programs (Summerlicious and its winter counterpart, Winterlicious) have served over 6.2 million meals and generated more than $275 million in economic activity.
This year’s lineup includes a mix of new participants and well-known establishments.
For those looking to try something new, first-time entrants like The Joneses promise to deliver fresh and exciting dining experiences. Classics such as Sassafraz continue to uphold their reputation with expertly crafted dishes.
To explore the full list of participating restaurants and their menus, you can visit the City of Toronto’s official Summerlicious page on their website at: toronto.ca
The site allows you to filter by neighbourhood, cuisine, and price, making it easy to find the perfect dining spot for any occasion.
