Bijay Paudel - A Conservative vision for Humber River–Black Creek

Bijay Paudel is stepping into the federal race for Humber River–Black Creek as the Conservative Party of Canada’s candidate, bringing with him a deep passion for community, public safety, and economic opportunity.

Originally from Bardiya, Nepal, Paudel made Canada his home in 2010. Since then, he’s become a respected entrepreneur, active volunteer, and voice for small business. He holds a degree in Information Management and has worked closely with the Nepali-Canadian community through leadership roles, including as Founding President of the Federation of Canada Nepal Chamber of Commerce. His involvement in public life also includes a role as a special assistant to MP Kyle Seeback, where he focused on strengthening international and local community ties.

Paudel’s priorities are rooted in Conservative values that focus on real concerns facing families and businesses in Humber River–Black Creek. He is advocating for stronger public safety, measures to make life more affordable, and policies that protect freedom of expression and family values. He also places a strong focus on job creation and helping small businesses thrive.

“We need to ensure that every family in our riding feels safe, supported, and optimistic about the future,” said Paudel. “This riding deserves more opportunities, and I’m ready to work hard every single day to deliver results.”

During the pandemic, Paudel was awarded a Responsible Citizen Award by the Ontario government for his commitment to community service. He was also appointed a community ambassador by Peel Regional Police, reflecting his ongoing dedication to community harmony and safety.

His campaign is already making history, as Paudel looks to become the first Canadian of Nepali origin elected to Canada’s Federal Parliament. His run is not just about representation but about bringing the voices and concerns of all residents forward with integrity, energy, and a plan.

As the race unfolds, Bijay Paudel is presenting himself as a strong new voice for Humber River–Black Creek, with a focus on safety, affordability, and opportunity for all.
