Join us every Thursday for an afternoon of games, BINGO and cards. Meet new people and have fun!

Fun with Snap Circuits

Play with electricity and circuitry during this hands-on program. Turn on a light, spin a motor, activate a speak and choose from hundreds of different projects, or try making your own circuits. For ages six to 12. A parent or guardian must attend with children.

Featured Program

Digital Pop Up Laering Lab

Call Woodview Park for specific dates and times for programs

Join Woodview Park library in a series of digital activities for children, teenagers and adults. They will include 3D printing, photoshop instruction, VR - simulated experiences, coding and robotics, animation design, and Lego mindstorms.

Parent & Child Drop-In Tuesdays 10 a.m. to Noon.

Join Woodview Park for two hours of play through songs, books, finger play, rhymes and lots of free play time. This program is facilitated by Northwood Neighbourhood Services. A healthy snack is provided for the children. The program is for children (Zero to five years of age) and they must be supervised. The program allows parents and caregivers the chance to meet others and play interactively in an early learning environment. The last date for the 2023 session is December 12.

After-School Club

Tuesdays, 4 to 5 p.m.

Learn and create new things, make friends, and have fun, with STEM-centred crafts and activities! Drop in program but space is limited. For ages six to 12 years.

LEAP After-School Program

Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Come to Woodview Park for two hours of physical activity, trivia and games while building independency skills. The program is facilitated by North York Community House LEAP staff and is intended for children aged nine to 13 years. Snacks will be provided. Registration is required with LEAP online on their website. Space is limited. Last date for the 2023 session is December 14.

Girls Coding

Fridays, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Girls Coding is a program that introduces school-age girls to coding using STEM and everyday objects. It is a 12-week program (two hours). Must be able to attend ALL sessions. Registration required. For ages seven to 12 years.

Seniors Drop-In

Wednesdays Noon to 2 p.m.

This program provides seniors with an opportunity to socialize with one another in a safe and secure environment.

Refreshments will be provided.
