WINE FEST SET TO TAKE OVER EMERY

On Saturday, September 12th, the Emery Village BIA is hosting its third annual celebration, the Food, Beer and Wine Festival.

The venue will be moving slightly north on Plunkett Rd. for an expanded festival that will include many new attractions.

New entertainment is booked this year along with many of your favourite entertainers returning from last year. Festival goers will enjoy music from the traditional Italian to spicy Spanish.

The very soulful – Blu Soul will be on hand again this year to close off the day with a two hour set.

M.C. Elvira Caria will welcome everyone and officially open the festival. Michael Palumbo, Coro Italia and Dance, Jorge Lopez and the Mariachi Band are all back by popular demand. Fill that in with the music of Vinz Derosa and Brazillian dancing with Las Brias.

Definitely something here for everyone!

The festival will be rich with excitement, entertainment, delicious food, friendly smiles along with wholesome family fun!”

Colio Estate Wines, along with a generous donation from the BIA, will offer samples of some of the best wines available in Ontario. Now in their second year at the festival, the beer tent by Nicklebrook Breweries.

Did we mention food, food, food galore? Expect some of the best tastes that Emery has to offer. Yum Yum!
