What you need to know to get your shot
The City of Toronto will provide vaccinations in nine mass immunization clinics. Bookings are for residents who will be 75 years of age or older in 2021.
At the time of booking, residents will schedule their first vaccination appointment and an appointment to receive their second dose.

The three remaining city-operated clinics, including Emery’s community clinic at Carmine Stefano Community Centre, continue to prepare to open, awaiting direction from the Ford Government and available vaccine supply.
“I continue to advocate for a more equitable vaccine rollout, so individuals and communities who are most at risk are a priority to receive the vaccine,” said MPP Tom Rakocevic, whose staff assisted the Emery Village Voice in gathering this information.

Residents can book appointments at Humber River Hospital through their online portal at:

Front-facing health care workers from the highest and very high priority category, as outlined in the Ministry’s guidance, who work in the geographic area.
People who are 75 years of age or older, who live in the geographic area.
Humber River Hospital’s geographic area is bounded by the following:
North to Steeles Avenue.
South to Eglinton Avenue.
East to Bathurst Street.
West to Humber River/Islington Avenue.
