Each address that is under your management will need to go through an approval process conducted by Toronto Police Service – Parking Enforcement Unit along with our designated MLEO Manager. After authority for the initial inspection is given via a “PEN1” form, a full audit will be conducted to determine if current on-site signage is adequate. A report will be emailed to you after the initial inspections detailing the signage that needs to be amended/removed/added. A final inspection and approval will be completed once all deficiencies are rectified. Intelligarde will even assist in procuring a quote for signage making us an effective “all-in-one stop shop” for all of your parking enforcement needs.
