Lindvest breaks ground on The Brownstones at Westown in Toronto

The popular stacked condominium project, The Brownstones at Wes-town, recently celebrated a milestone with Lindvest officially breaking ground on Thursday, April 23rd.
A number of community members, city officials and home buyers came out to commemorate the event at the sales centre, situated at 2277 Sheppard Avenue West. Ward 7 Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti said it is an exciting time for Emery Village. “We are now seeing many of the development plans that we made a decade ago becoming a reality in our community. This means progress and a more vibrant area in which to live. When we have great development partners such as Lindvest helping us to shape the vision of tomorrow, we all succeed. The more families that move into our area greatly increases the chances we will soon see new retail developments such as grocery stores and restaurants.”
The 152-unit enclave, located at Weston Road and Sheppard Avenue West, offers plenty of variety with one, two and three bedroom floor plans.
The smartly designed residences maximize living space and feature contemporary finishes.
Although the crowd-pleasing Astoria model has already sold out, a variety of incredible units still remain.
The exteriors boast different kinds of stone and brick, creating a sense of depth and texture that enlivens the streetscape.
