Trento Kia is participating in Kia Canada’s DriveChange sports equipment drive in an effort to get more kids involved in youth sports. Kia Canada encourages all its dealers to give back to their community through its 
DriveChange initiative and Trento Kia has decided to do a pre-owned soccer equipment drive. “The benefits of getting kids involved in youth sports are well known. If Trento can provide some assistance to local kids, then we’re happy to do it”, said Trento Kia Dealer Principal Renzo Moser. “As Kia Canada so rightly points out, ‘their love for the game isn’t what’s missing’. We need shin guards, soccer shoes, soccer balls, things that will allow kids to practice the sport and participate in teams.”
Trento Kia has sponsored soccer teams in the past and Moser himself knows exactly what kind of positive impact team sports can have on a child’s development. That’s why Trento Kia is offering $200 discount certificate (towards the cost of car or extended warranty) on any new or used vehicle to anyone who donates used sporting equipment. The final day of the equipment drive will be on September 13th at the Emery Village BIA Wine-Fest. “We hope people will come by to support the cause”, says Moser. Look for Trento’s Kia Soul at the Emery Village BIA Wine Fest and “…fill our Soul with sporting equipment”. There, people can load their donated sporting materials in the back and collect their $200 discount certificate redeemable at Trento Kia.
