Phyllis James is the visionary and effervescent proprietress of Epiphany foods restaurant. Phyllis’ warm smile, love of social interactivity and natural hospitality grew out of her Caribbean roots. Born on the island of Jamaica, she developed a love of tasty, well seasoned Caribbean cuisines from a mother that shared a love of good eating.
