Emery Village BIA Executive Director’s message
The Emery BIA always strives to get notices on events and other important information out to our community in different ways, through social media, and our Emery Village Voice newspaper. Please follow us on both Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date on new and exciting things the BIA is working on in Humber River Black Creek.
The Emery BIA will host its annual Movie-In-The Park Night on Saturday, August 19.
In the event the weather does not cooperate the rain-date will be Sunday, August 20th.
Stay tuned for further details as will plan some special treats this year in celebration of the Emery Village BIA’s 20th Anniversary.

Special congratulations to the Emery BIA Scholarship recipients who have best exemplified the values of environmental stewardship this year and will be presented with a $1,000 scholarship at their graduation ceremony.
St. Basil-the Great College, Emery Collegiate Institute, and Westview Centennial Secondary School have selected two students from each school that have met the criteria set out by our Board of Management. Award recipients will be announced in next month’s issue of the Emery Village Voice.
