EMERY VILLAGE REPRESENTED AT PROVINCIAL BALL HOCKEY

By Sean Delaney

The Emery Village Sports Association is proud to announce the participation of the Emery Village All-Stars in the Ontario Ball Hockey Federation Provincial Championship in Georgetown from July 10-12.

The All-Stars are made up of young boys and girls currently participating in the Emery Village Minor Ball Hockey League (www.evsports.ca).

The league will ice four teams from the TYKE, NOVICE, ATOM and PEEWEE divisions.

The team will compete against teams from Oakville, Milton, Hamilton, Orangeville, Guelph, and other cities across Ontario.

Mold Masters Arena (located at 221 Guelph St, Georgetown, ON L7G 4A8) will host more than 80 teams over the weekend.

The tournament will showcase the future stars of the ball hockey community and most importantly many of the children within the Emery Village area.

This will be the second year the Emery Village All-Stars will participate in the provincial championships.

Come and cheer them on.

Go Emery Go!
