Delta Bingo & Gaming is approaching its 55th Anniversary, and it just keeps getting better.
A pursuit of innovation is what has enabled Delta to succeed in the competitive bingo industry. Today, when you walk into any Delta Bingo, you are walking into a very modern facility. Now you can choose from a wide variety of innovative ways to play, such as digital bingo, Play on Demand (POD) games (electronic quick-play games you can use independently in-center); some describe them as Vegas style.
I didn’t expect to see a modern electronic gaming emporium on my recent visit; I was blown away. Not only were there e-bingo terminals installed, but the facility was also renovated to look more like a casino than a Legion hall, with new dining and food options and a slick lounge/bar area. The gaming options were expanded as well. If your appetite for bingo subsides, there are slots and Play on Demand to play, enticing players to stay and newcomers to come to visit. I can’t see why some choose to travel long distances to casinos when much of the same fun is available so close to home.
Putting the exciting gaming experience aside for a moment, Delta is also community-driven, supporting over 900 local charities with whom they have raised over $133 million since 2005. This money goes straight back into each of the local communities that Delta is a part of. Along with supporting local charities, each gaming centre strives to make a meaningful impact in each community. Each year, Delta staff and customers join forces to raise money to support significant causes such as Food Banks, Toy Drives, Special Olympics, Rotary Clubs, Knights Of Columbus(Children’s Breakfast Programs), and Canadian Cancer Research, to name a few.
So do yourself a favour, get out to Delta and have some fantastic fun.
