Dear Resident,
Did you know the program listings for the 2023 winter recreation and March Break programs are now available for you to view online? Our community centres offer various programs from arts, fitness and sports, skating, swimming, and many more! Registration for winter recreational programs and March Break camps opens on Tuesday, December 5th (Etobicoke York, including York South-Weston, Toronto and East York).
The programs are starting in January 2024, with March Break CampTO running from March 11th to March 15th, 2024. To view the fall recreation programs that the City has to offer, you can visit the website here: www.toronto.ca/explore-enjoy/recreation/winter-recreation-programs/
In other news, I am also excited to share that the Finch West LRT is on track for their 2024 opening! As of October, all rail and catenary system installations are complete, and the 18 passenger vehicles are ready. I hope to be there with many of you when the first train opens to the public in 2024.
