APTO Connect offers free trial to local businesses

“Plumbers, electricians, real estate offices, doctors, lawyers, almost anyone can benefit from our service,” said Rick Mislov, Director of APTO Connect.
The company provides 24/7 reception for businesses, professional reception service for 1-800 needs, or any other call based service around the clock.
“The 1-800 numbers you would call, we would pick up the phone for certain companies and respond to questions and answers,” said Mislov.
They’re a third party vendor acting on a businesses’ behalf, saving them administrative costs by employing a team of professional communicators at the other end of the line who can handle everything from information gathering to advice sharing. 
“We even do accounts receivable on a companies’ behalf,” Misolv added. “We can make the call and inform the client there is an outstanding balance that must be paid. Anyone who may need a call centre/answering type of service.”
The parent company has been around since 1992, with North York’s APTO Connect begun approximately six years ago.
They have offices in Montreal, and one in British Columbia, with anywhere from 30 to 40 employees on their lines at anytime, depending on the shift.
And in Emery Village, they are offering a 30 day trial to any business that wants to take advantage of their administrative service.
“Business owners will be surprised how much staffing cost they can save,” Mislov said. “We answer as their receptionist, we can deliver the message by text, e-mail, fax, anyway it’s needed. And even after hours. We can set up appointments, many things. There are a lot of services we offer that if you had to do it yourself, it would cost much more.”
No commitment is necessary for the trial. Any Emery business is invited to contact APTO Connect and begin their own pilot today. The company will set up an ID number with the business, create a personalized script, and within a day and a half be ready to launch.
They use 1-800 numbers to provide callers a toll free connection, and are ready to provide their service today.
The business expanded into its own location at 12 Rivalda Road in Emery Village, purchasing a 12,000 square foot locale. About 5,000 square feet are used by APTO connect, with the remainder of the space available to tenants. 
Mislov did say that some of the space is available for lease.
They’ve found a happy home in Emery Village, enjoying the affordable rent and available parking they could not find when their head office was in downtown Toronto.
